Ticket upgrades, mastermind access, and any in-person or virtual bonus events are considered final sale.
Not attending or choosing not to use a bonus feature does not qualify for a partial refund or credit.

Participation in live events, workshops, or online sessions is at your discretion.
If you are unable to attend live, recordings or replays may be provided depending on your enrollment level. Missing a session or failing to log in does not qualify you for a refund.
